SOHO Photo Gallery

During the summer of 2025, I had the incredible opportunity to exhibit my photography at SOHO Photo Gallery during my internship there.

The other interns (Isabel Beiboer & Siena Sujitno) and I worked together to find a collective theme for our photographs. We landed on the title Where the Light Falls.

Within this exhibition, we each had our own projects displayed. Serene Seclusion was mine.

It is easy to feel overwhelmed in a city. This is why finding separation, peace, and tranquility within the chaos brings out a new kind of beauty to the ever changing environment that surrounds you. This series captures serene moments of human life within a metropolis— a peaceful seclusion away from the crowds.

Photographed between New York City and Chicago, these images aim to deliver a sense of calm to the audience, bringing forth individuality and solitude in a world that can often feel overbearing. A little bit of quiet in what seems to be never-ending noise. The joy of being alone. The comfort of serene seclusion.
